We make every effort to accurately describe and photograph our items, including condition, age, and any flaws on both this site and on all other selling platforms.
Because our inventory consists of vintage and antique goods, items may show signs of wear, age, or prior use consistent with their history. Minor imperfections are part of the character of these items and are not considered defects unless stated otherwise. Imperfections are to be noted.
Colors and details may vary slightly from photos due to lighting, screen settings, or the one-of-a-kind nature of vintage items.
All items are sold as described; because the majority of inventory is one-of-a-kind, availability is not guaranteed and listings may be removed or updated at any time.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, even after an order has been placed, and to cancel any order affected by a pricing error with a full refund.
Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment processor Elavon. We do not and will never store your full payment card details.
Applicable sales tax will be calculated and added at checkout in accordance with Arizona Transaction Privilege Tax (TPT) requirements and the laws of the state to which your order ships. In-person purchases are subject to City of Tucson Sales Tax of 8.7%.

5. Orders and Order Acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or item unavailability. If we cancel an order, you will be notified and refunded in full.

For in-person purchases, we reserve the right to refuse service or cancel a transaction for ny reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or item unavailability. If canceled or refused, you will be notified.

6. Shipping

Shipping timeframes provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We do our best to aim to have items out within 1-2 business days.
Risk of loss and title for items purchased passes to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier.
We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the shipping carrier once an item has shipped, but we will make reasonable efforts to assist with claims.
Please ensure your shipping information is accurate; we are not responsible for orders sent to an address entered incorrectly by the buyer.

7. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

All Sales Final: Due to the vintage and one-of-a-kind nature of our inventory, all sales are final. Returns, exchanges, and refunds are not accepted except as required by law or where an item was significantly not as described.
Items damaged in transit must be reported within 5-7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging.
Refunds, when applicable, will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable number of business days.
